Churches can get involved with Rural Compassion by signing up to attend one of our many training opportunities. We focus on four specific types of trainings:

• COMMUNITY SERVE WORKSHOP- Pastors and key leaders gather for a training event

• ALUMNI WORKSHOP - Second level of training for churches that have participated in a 24 Hour Training, and have begun to apply the principles of that training

• INDIVIDUAL CHURCH WORKSHOP - Just like the name says, training with an individual congregation. These can be scheduled around the needs of the churches on Sunday afternoon or evening, midweek or Saturday

• COMMUNITY WORKSHOP – Multiple churches from one community come together for training
